Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. We strive to ensure that all product images and descriptions on our site accurately represent the actual items. Occasionally, there might be minimal packaging variations, but the product itself, including its features and quality, will remain consistent with what is displayed.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt/invoice is automatically generated upon purchase and can be found in three places: 1) in the confirmation email sent to you after ordering, 2) within your account's "Order History" section if you checked out as a registered user, and 3) available for download from the order tracking page.

How can I return an item?

We have a straightforward return process. Please initiate your return request through the "Returns & Exchanges" section in your account or by contacting our Support Team within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
